WHAT'S COVERED?

If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered. Whether it's a headlamp that won't power on or a torch not performing as it should, we’re here to make it right.

Here’s what our warranty includes:

  • 7-Year Registered Warranty (if you registered your product within 12 weeks of purchase as stated in the registration card)
  • 2-Year Unregistered Warranty (no registration required, batteries included in warranty)
  • Full support for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

We’re pretty flexible, but sadly we can’t cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Chargers and accessories
  • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Products not bought from an authorised dealer
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.)

We’ll Repair or Replace It. No Drama.

If your product qualifies under warranty, we’ll repair it or send out a replacement. If the original model is no longer available, we’ll match you with a comparable model, because your trust matters. You can read our full Warranty Terms.

A Trusted Light, A Trusted Warranty

We’ve been lighting up the world’s toughest jobs, wildest adventures, and darkest nights for over two decades. Our warranty is just one more way we prove it. We want to get you back up and running fast, so before you go any further, let’s rule out the three most common and easy-to-fix issues.

Please tick the boxes as you complete each check below. Once you have confirmed that none of the listed issues are present, a warranty assessment form will appear for you to fill out.

TRAVEL LOCK

Some Ledlenser lights come with a Travel Lock to stop them turning on in your bag (great feature hey!). To unlock, simply hold the power button for 5–10 seconds until the light flashes or turns on.

BOOST MODE

Most of our headlamps and torches have Boost Mode. This is enabled by double clicking the on-off button. This is the product's highest lumens output, but it only lasts between 8-10 seconds. After this, the product will go back to the previous light setting; i.e. off, low mode etc.

BATTERY CHECK

Make sure that Batteries are in the right way (+/-). Contacts are clean from dirt grit and grim, and corrosion-free. Ensure Batteries are fully charged or fresh. For headlamps, make sure the battery case is securely clicked shut; otherwise, the device may not function properly.
