FREE DELIVERY within Australia for all orders $100 or over!
If your order is placed by 10 am AEST, in most cases, it will be dispatched same day (excludes weekends and public holidays). In the event of any delays, you will be notified by our Customer Service team.
*Please note that during major online sales events, we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order. If your order is being engraved or personalised, it may take up to an additional 48 hours to be despatched.
All orders $100 or over receive free standard shipping within Australia! For orders under $100, a $10 fee will apply at checkout.
This free delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas
7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

For peace of mind, all packages within Australia are delivered via a tracked Australia Post service. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby Post Office (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).
Tip: If you work full-time during business hours, you may wish to provide your work address instead. Please include a business name with all business addresses.
We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post. In most cases, your order is delivered the following business day after it is dispatched. The delivery timings are dependent on Australia Post's express shipping coverage network.
Please note: Deliveries coming from our NSW location that are being delivered to WA or NT are NOT covered by the Express Post Next Business Day Guarantee. While this service will be faster than the regular postage speeds, it will still take several business days.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL E-CHEQUE
Any orders placed using PayPal e-Cheque as the payment method will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared. These take between 3-5 business days to clear, and then processing and postage times will commence after this.

CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

You will receive your Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. When you input the tracking number into the online tracking system, you will be notified of the delivery ETA. There can occasionally be postal delays by Australia Post that unfortunately, are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we suggest that you first contact Australia Post and cite your tracking reference number.

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
Please ensure your delivery information is correct when you process your order. If Australia Post attempt delivery and are unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified Post Office within the nominated time frame. If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you may be charged a fee to have it shipped out again.
