The reason that I ordered a Ledlenser battery was because the Ledlenser charger for my Ledlenser torch, when switched on and attached to the torch, did not indicate via its inbuilt light that it was in fact charging the torch. I therefore purchased a replacement battery for the torch to determine whether the problem was the original battery. The result is that I am none the wiser as the charger still does not indicate that the charger is actually working. Good service in delivering the battery to me, nonetheless.
They don’t last long
Overall experience from service enquiry to purchase of battery and replacement of battery in 5 year old torch was seamless. Excellent experience, all round.
